SHIPPING POLICY 

Production Time:
All orders are produced same day if placed before [4:00 PM CST]. Orders placed after the cutoff will be produced the following business day.

Shipping Times:

Standard Shipping (USPS / UPS Ground): 3–7 business days
Expedited Shipping (2-Day): 2 business days
Overnight: Next business day

Shipping times are estimates and begin after production is complete. MatrixDTF is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

Shipping Carriers:
We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on order size and destination.

Order Tracking:
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package directly on the carrier's website.

Lost or Stolen Packages:
MatrixDTF is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. Please contact your local carrier to file a claim.
