Frequently Asked Questions

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

1. What is your turnaround time and shipping speed? We move fast. If you place your order before 2:00 PM EST, it ships the same day! Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will be processed and shipped the next business day. We offer various shipping options at checkout to ensure your transfers arrive exactly when you need them across the USA.

2. Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ)? Absolutely not. Whether you are testing a single design for a new clothing drop or ordering 5,000 gang sheets for bulk production, we’ve got you covered. Zero minimums, ever.

3. What file formats do you accept for custom printing? To guarantee the highest quality print, please upload your artwork in PNG format with a transparent background. Your artwork should be at least 300 DPI to avoid pixelation. What you upload is exactly what we print, so please ensure your edges are clean!

4. What types of fabrics can I press Matrix DTF transfers on? Our premium transfers are extremely versatile. You can press them on 100% Cotton, 100% Polyester, Cotton/Poly Blends, Triblends, Spandex, and Nylon. They work perfectly on both light and dark garments thanks to our solid white underbase.

5. How long will the prints last? Will they crack or peel? Matrix DTF transfers are engineered for extreme wash durability. When applied correctly using a commercial heat press, the print will outlast the garment itself. They are highly stretchable, resistant to cracking, and maintain their vibrant colors wash after wash. (Always recommend washing inside out on cold!).

6. Do I need a commercial heat press, or can I use a home iron? For professional, long-lasting results, we strongly recommend using a commercial heat press. A heat press provides the even temperature and heavy pressure required for the DTF adhesive to properly bond with the fabric. A standard home iron or Cricut EasyPress cannot guarantee consistent pressure and may result in peeling.

7. Are your transfers Hot Peel or Cold Peel? Our transfers are incredibly flexible and support both! You can peel them hot (wait 2-3 seconds after pressing) for maximum speed, or wait for them to cool down for a traditional cold peel. The choice is yours.

8. What is your refund or reprint policy? We stand behind our print quality 100%. If there is a manufacturing defect or a printing error on our end, we will happily reprint your order or issue a refund. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for low-quality uploads or incorrect pressing techniques.
