REFUND POLICY 

At MatrixDTF, we take pride in delivering high-quality custom DTF transfers. Because our products are custom-made to order, we have specific guidelines regarding returns and refunds.

Eligible for Refund or Reprint:

Transfers that arrive damaged or defective
Incorrect items shipped due to our error
Transfers with printing errors (color shifts, blurring, missing elements) caused by our production process

Not Eligible for Refund:

Orders where incorrect files were submitted by the customer (low resolution, wrong format, incorrect sizing)
Change of mind after production has begun
Minor color variations due to differences between screen display and printed output

How to Request a Refund:
Contact us at newtrendapparell@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review your request and respond within 1-2 business days.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. We may offer a reprint as an alternative to a refund at our discretion.
